Dr Triasih is a lecturer, researcher and pediatrician in the Division of Respirology, Department of Child Health, Dr. Sardjito Hospital/Faculty of Medicine, Public Health and Nursing, Universitas Gadjah Mada (UGM), Yogyakarta, Indonesia.  Her medical and pediatric training was at UGM Indonesia. She undertook pediatric respirology and research fellowship in Department of Respiratory Medicine at the Royal Children Hospital, Melbourne, Australia and completing her Master degree (2008) and PhD (2014) at the University of Melbourne, Australia.

Dr Triasih is now the chair of Pediatric Specialist Training Program at Faculty of Medicine, Public Health and Nursing, Universitas Gadjah Mada, Indonesia. She is a secretary of Asia Pediatric Pulmonology Society and a project director of “Zero TB Yogyakarta” in Indonesia. She was also the chair of Pediatric Respirology working group of the Indonesia Pediatric Society (2021-2024).

Dr. Triasih’s fields of interest are: respiratory problems in children, including pneumonia, asthma, cough, tuberculosis; and international child health. She has been actively involved in Child Tuberculosis working group of WHO and the Indonesia National Tuberculosis Program.

Dr Triasih has been invited as a speaker at some regional international conferences, and has published her works in international journals.
