Professor Yang is a member of the Korean Academy of Pediatric Allergy and Respiratory Disease (KAPARD), and the chair of the Healthcare Informatics Clinical Application Research group affiliated to the KAPARD.

* The scientific interests of prof. Yang are Pharmacoepidemiology using RWD and data linkage study between a cohort and big-data, particular in a field of asthma and respiratory diseases. Recently, He published a self-controlled case series on leukotriene receptor antagonists and psychiatric adverse events in the ERJ, and a interrupted time series study on the temporal trends of allergy and respiratory diseases during the COIVD-19 pandemic in the Allergy.

*  In this presentation, he will share insights how asthma clinical cohort can be linked to claims data at the individual level.
